First Response Therapy PLLC is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. We are not in-network with any HMO plans at this time.

We’re happy to verify your insurance benefits and inform you of any applicable copays or deductibles. However, we also recommend contacting your insurance provider directly before your first appointment to get a clear understanding of any potential out-of-pocket costs.

If you’re using out-of-network benefits, full payment is required after your scheduled appointment. We’ll gladly provide a statement you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
