We understand questions about insurance and cost are important and sometimes stressful. Below is a clear overview to help you decide if First Response Therapy PLLC is a good fit for you

Insurance

First Response Therapy PLLC is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO Only), Aetna, & United Healthcare. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to get a clear understanding of any potential out-of-pocket costs.

Your insurance plan may require copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. Please call the number on your insurance card for benefits specific to mental health services, or let us know if you’d like help with that before your first appointment.

For those utilizing out-of-network benefits, full payment is required at the end of your scheduled appointment. Upon request, we will provide a detailed statement that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

Fees

An initial intake session is $175. Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes, which allows adequate time for processing, support, and real progress. A 53 minute session is $150. This self-pay rate applies to both individuals and couples.

If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be charged a fee of $100.

We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA payments. If you are uninsured or paying out-of‑pocket, a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs is available upon request.
