W-2 Therapist Position

First Response Therapy PLLC is a growing group private practice seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team as a W-2 employee. We offer a supportive environment where clinicians can focus on providing quality care while maintaining a work life balance. We value clinician well-being, reasonable caseload expectations, and long-term sustainability. This is a hybrid role, with in-person sessions available 2-3 days a week. The ideal start date is May 2026.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians in Illinois (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)

• Comfortable providing individual therapy to adults and couples

• Interest in trauma-informed care (EMDR experience a plus, not required)

• Must be comfortable, open, and knowledgeable to working with first responders

• Must be available for in-person sessions on Sunday, Monday, and/or Thursday

• Proficient computer skills and comfortable completing Telehealth sessions from home

• Professional, reliable, and client-centered
