Meet Jacki

Jacqueline Haworth

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Therapy can seem daunting at first, but once you have the tools you need it’s all about putting one foot in front of the other, and before you know it, you’ve made progress.

I focus on using a collaborative approach with humor and understanding to create a safe and supportive space to meet you where you are. I specialize on helping individuals with anxiety, depression and grief learn coping skills to help them move forward when life gets challenging.

A Little About Me

Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking, the process helps me decompress and just focus on what I’m making. When I try out a new recipe my family is always willing to test it and tell me honestly what they think (even when the recipe is not the best). When I’m not cooking, you might find me reading a good book, watching a cooking show or cute animal videos. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Take the Next Step

If you’re ready to take the next step toward clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being, I would be honored to support you.
