Jessica Therapist in New Lenox IL

Jessica Galvan

Clinical Director, Therapist, & Practice Owner

You’re here because life feels heavy — and you want support that actually makes a difference. I help first responders and adults who are overwhelmed by stress, trauma, burnout, and life transitions feel more balanced, grounded, and capable of moving forward.

I’m uniquely positioned to support first responders. As the spouse of a firefighter and a therapist with specialized trauma training, I understand the culture, stressors, and emotional weight that can come with emergency work. My goal is to help you process what others can’t see and build resilience both on and off the job.

A Little About Me

Outside the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and raising a bold, spirited toddler who keeps life lively and full. Our family also includes two energetic (and very sweet) dogs who bring laughter and adventure to our days. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book or podcast, and slowing down to be present with my family. These moments of connection and balance ground me and shape the way I show up both personally and professionally.

Take the Next Step

If you’re ready to process stress, trauma, or life challenges in a supportive, understanding space, I’d be honored to work with you.
