Meet Michelle
Michelle demato
I provide counseling services to adults (18+) dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of managing everyday life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next steps, therapy offers a safe space to process, explore, and grow.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I meet you where you are, helping you build practical strategies to cope, heal, and make meaningful changes in your life. Having close family in the first responder community gives me insight into the unique stressors these roles can bring, so I can support clients who work in or are connected to high-stress professions.

A Little About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring hobbies, and staying connected to the first responder community. These personal interests help me maintain balance so I can show up fully for my clients and bring energy, empathy, and focus to every session.
